2022 it was a huge success! Over 400 families came to see us!

 

Our Christmas experience had a huge street style 5 meters background (with 2 styles side walls)! 

1 modern black style wall with a fireplace & 1 white workshop background. Samples will be provided by Oct 10th. 

 

Mrs. Claus will join us for some special dates/times, check out on the booking system when she is on!

After having hundreds of creative families in 2021, we have added a new package.

The creative package is a unique option  to let your imagination fly and enjoy Santa as you wish (see details below).

 

If you are new here, we provide a real deal Santa (beard, hair and tummy ;) which is the same every year, fashion photography gear for Santa photos and the best Santa experience in town (Santa shares his Golden rules for kids, kids guess the reindeers's names, you can pull his beard for fun photos...).

 

General experience:

• Pets allowed

• Kids can post their letter to Santa in our mailbox

• All waiting areas will be covered for wet days with plenty of seats.

• Mrs. Claus' experience is optional, with special days and times. By opting for her packages, your children will be able to name the elves and put them on our special board, kids can bring cookie's recipes and place them in our box, and get a special sticker after they name the elf. 

• Studio is based at Killarney Heights - Northern Beaches (Address will be provided upon booking)

• Please ensure you are ready to go at the start time. Ideally please arrive 5 minutes prior to your session.

1 set up Santa Claus only (max. 7 people): 2 digitals and 2 prints = $135 (10 minutes)

You can choose one of the 5 setups options on the day. 4 photos will be taken during the session and you can pick 2 digitals and 2 prints.

1 set up Santa Claus + Mrs. Claus (max. 7 people) : 2 digitals and 2 prints = $155 (10 minutes)

You can choose one of the 5 setups options on the day. 4 photos will be taken during the session and you can pick 2 digitals and 2 prints. 

 

 

3 setups Santa Claus only (max. 7 people): 8 digitals and 6 prints = $ 300   (20 minutes)

You can choose three of the 5 set ups options (2 are side walls from the main set up) on the day. 12 photos will be taken during the session and you can pick 8 digitals and 6 prints.

3 setups Santa Claus + Mrs. Claus  (max. 7 people) : 8 digitals and 6 prints = $ 320   (20 minutes)

Creative pack only Santa $350 = 10 digitals, 8 prints and 20 minutes session with Santa and use the time, space and your own props as your creativity wishes. Outdoor shots, car shots, set up shots, bring your own props...

This package will require you to share with us prior to your session how you would like your session to be.  We will need to have special gear, lighting and assistance to guarantee the best outcome to suit your creativity. 

 

Creative pack Santa + Mrs. Claus $370 = 10 digitals, 8 prints and 20 minutes session with Santa and use the time, space and props as your creativity wishes. Outdoor shots, car shots, set up shots, bring your props...

This package will require you to share with us prior to your session how you would like your session to be.  We will need to have special gear, lighting and assistance to guarantee the best outcome to suit your creativity. 

 

 

Large groups (over 8 people) = 12 digitals and 10 prints $ 450 (30 minutes)

Large groups require more staff, time and gear.  We are happy to accommodate over 30-40 people at once on our main 5 meters backdrop.

Corporate Christmas Photos for cards/events: we can come to you with Santa and Mrs. Claus, or you can come to our setups.

Policies - please read 

 

Cancelation policy: Life is unpredictable and we are keen to accommodate that. You will need to cancel 24 hours prior to your session, pay the $20 cancellation fee and you will receive an email with a code to be able to rebook it. 

 

Late policy: if you arrive after your booking we can't promise we will manage to fit you in, it will be at your own risk and your session will be canceled without refund. If you arrive a few minutes late, we will have to use what's left which can comprise what will be delivered to you (digitals and prints). 

 

Selecting images policy: In order to respect everyone's time, we kindly ask you to spend 2-3 minutes max to choose your photos. If you need more time, photos might not be able to be delivered on spot and prints will have to be collected by you the next day. 

 

Large digital/Photo retouch files policy: this is a special request and you will have to let the team know prior to coming to your session and there is an additional fee for that ($50 each digital). Retouch or large files won't be delivered, or printed on the day as shooting in RAW will require more time for exporting, editing and uploading. You will have to come back to collect your prints 72 hours after your session. No editing will be done on the day.
